A couple of days before your arrival you will receive a message with the opening code of the main entrance of the building.
The code will be active from 14.30 on the check-in date to 11.00 on the check-out date.
We ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time so that our staff can work overtime to prepare the room for you as soon as possible.”

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

If the booking is refundable, we do not charge anything:
we simply pre-authorize the amount of the booking. In the event of cancellation within the permitted time, the pre-authorization will be cancelled.

For the flexible rate, cancellation is free up to 2 or 5 days before the scheduled arrival
(depending on the period of the year of stay). After this period, in case of cancellation or no-show (no show),
we apply a penalty corresponding to the entire amount of the stay booked. The other plans, on the other hand, provide cheaper rates,
as well as more restrictive conditions

We accept the main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, CartaSi), ATM, as well as cash and bank advance transfers.

In this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

When booking online, we will ask for a pre-authorization for your credit card (freezing of the amount).
This pre-authorization is only for the purpose of guaranteeing your reservation: you will not be charged anything before your stay.
In case of cancellation within the stipulated time, the pre-authorization will be cancelled.

When booking, we always ask for the credit card number and its expiration date, only as a guarantee.
We will not charge any money until the time of arrival, except in case of no-show or early departure.
We reserve the right to check the validity of your credit card with a request for pre-authorization for the amount of the reservation.
If there are errors, missing or invalid data, we will contact you to request a valid one.

The tourist tax is 4.00 euro per person per day. It must be paid at check-in
